All items will be shipped from Chicago, U.S.A.

Orders cannot be guaranteed to ship the same day unless your order is placed by 12 Noon, Monday - Friday, Central time. Weekends may or may not ship before Monday. All other orders will usually ship within 24hrs, but we guarantee 2 days per week minimum: Monday and Thursday, however we usually ship 5 days a week. If it is shipped on another day Besides Monday or Thursday, it is at the discretion of Makixtia Tetonali. 

Our default shipping method is  economy shipping via USPS mail, usually takes   2-6 day delivery time in USA).

Notice: Once you order has shipped, Makixtia Tetonali has completed our contractual obligations of the sale. If you want faster shipping or better handling service, please call for an upgraded shipping option. We cannot control, nor be held liable, for things such as: delayed, lost packages or packages damaged by the 3rd party shipping service. Although these situations are rare, we are here to help and we can look at these situations on a case by case basis in attempt to remedy any issues that arise.
